Delivery Information

  • Orders over £75 – Free Standard Delivery (We dispatch orders Monday-Friday.)

  • Standard Delivery - £3.95 (Delivered by Royal Mail 48, DPD Local or Evri within 3-4 working days. Please allow for weekends and look out for your shipment confirmation.)

  • Expedited delivery - £5.95 (This is a Dpd Carrier or Royal Mail Tracked 1-2 working day service. You will receive email notifications/tracking with the allocated day of delivery) (Excludes H&I, IOM, IOW + Channel Islands)

  • UK Express Delivery £10

  • Saturday or Sunday Delivery £15

Whilst we aim to get your order to you in the quickest time possible, any delay to your order will be communicated by email, should this occur.

In-stock items ordered before 12 on a working day (Monday-Thursday) will arrive the next working day by Dpd carrier as above.

In stock items ordered before 12 on a Friday will arrive on the weekend day of your choice with a 1 hour time slot from Dpd. Please note if you select weekend delivery after 12 noon on a Friday, delivery may well be into the following week.

Local collections

We offer a local collection from our warehouse in Kirriemuir DD8 4PB

Please select ‘Local Collection’ at the checkout and you will not be charged postage. Collection is available Monday to Friday. We will notify you by email once the order is ready to collect.

Gift Wrapping Premium Service - £7.50

Choose our Premium Gift Wrapping Service when you want to send your order as a gift. We will wrap your present in seasonal gift wrap and include any message you wish to include. Please email this through to: storliving@gmail.com. We will send your gift with Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

International Delivery

We do not currently ship to Europe due to Brexit. We are in the process of reviewing the shipping and export of goods to Europe after Brexit. We ship to the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. We are currently reviewing shipments to the Rest Of The World due to increased surcharges. If you don’t see your country as a shipping option please contact us directly storliving@gmail.com to see if we are able to offer to ship an order to you. We have a minimum order spend of £50.00 on ‘tailored’ shipments. International shipments may incur tax or additional charges.

We do not accept any liability for any additional costs outside the shipping charged at point of sale.

Please note that we can take no  responsibility for packages left in a 'safe place' as arranged between you and your delivery person. If the package shows as delivered in a good state on arrival, we can take no responsibility for any  damage occurring after this point.

Delivery Information

You will receive an email from us once your order has been packed and dispatched with further information in regard to which service used incl tracking information if applicable. DPD, Royal Mail Tracked service and Evri will communicate directly with you in regard to delivery date and timing. Should you wish to make any changes to this, please communicate directly with the service used. Unfortunately once the order has left us, we are not able to make changes to this on your behalf.

Please check and ensure you have communicated the correct address as we are also unable to make any changes to this once the order has been processed and dispatched. Any address error resulting in the order being returned to us and needing to be resent will incur an additional postage charge of £5.00. We are really sorry for this, but as a small business, we sadly don’t get the discounts that the bigger boys of this world do.This also applies to non-collected from the post office/DPD Local depot which then make their way back to us.

Orders placed online usually leave our studio at the very latest, the next working day (this is usually within 24 hours of your order being placed, except during our busiest months of November & December. During these we cannot guarantee dispatch time for standard delivery, but we can guarantee that we will do everything to get your order out to you, as fast as the postie can run

Packaging

We are working hard on implementing that our packaging is biodegradable, recyclable or compostable and we are 100% committed to doing so. We try as much as possible to reuse packaging from our suppliers and use biodegradable materials for packing when we can. It’s a work in progress but one we feel very strongly about.

We would love if you would help us on our journey - Please reuse & recycle our packaging where possible.


RETURNS

If you would like to return a product, please let the team know by emailing storliving@gmail.com

If the return is regarding a faulty or damaged item, please include a photo, we provide free returns if this is the case.

We hope that you’ll be delighted with your purchases, however if you’re not or have changed your mind, you can also return for a refund within 30 days, as long as products are unused and in re-saleable condition. Sadly, we are unable to offer a free return on these unless it is due to incorrect description and listing error. We are not able to accept return of perishable goods.

Should you wish to return an order after 30 days, as long as it is still a current stock item, we offer a credit instead of a refund.

Once the item(s) have been returned to us, we will email to confirm receipt of this and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 2-3 working days.

We always suggest that you ask for proof of posting when you return an item. Not often but occasionally items do get lost .

During November and December, our returns period is extended, any items purchased during November and December can be returned up until the 15th January, providing the product is unused and in its original packaging.
